LCL Treatment: Depends on degree of injury. If any instability or pain w walking, I usually prescribe a hinged brace, unlocked to allow motion. If torn from bone or associated w other inures, might recommend surgery. If not already, suggest having sports med Ortho evaluate. Good luck. I'm in Reston if I can be of further help.
