I went to the er and was told i had something in my gullbladder, something to do with swollen lymph nodes. should i be concerned with pain after eatin?

Get it checked: If you went to doctor because you had pain after eating and they did a test, perhaps a CT scan or ultrasound, and they saw something, that should be followed up on. A stone in the gall bladder can happen but you are young for that. If there are swollen or enlarged lymphnodes then I would suggest that you and your doctor make a plan to figure that out.
