Get a medical examin: If the nodes are new, painless, not related to a sore throat, you should have your doctor to examine you and advice further. If the nodes are small(less than 1 to 1.5cm(half an inch) you can watch them for one month to see if they go down or get bigger. If they are getting bigger then you have to be concerned and must see your doctor then.
