Muscle pain?: Despite of your normal CT you may still have a kidney stone which is smaller than the CT cuts(3 mm),so even if that is the case you will pass it without problem if you keep yourself hydrated with at least 2L of liquids daily.Also muscle spasm/strain can be cause of your problem,try massages,heating pads,stretch exercises.Another cause maybe related to your ovaries,get pelvic Ultrasound for that!
