A member asked:

I was kicked in tibia. mild tenderness in area when touched but no other symptoms or any pain when walking. area looks normal.could it be a fracture?

Likely a contusion: Although a fracture is always possible, a contusion is more likely the cause of your pain. I would recommend you take some over the counter Advil or Aleve (naproxen). Ice and elevation will help over the first 24hrs as well. If no improvement, an xray and visit may be appropriate.
