Many possibilities : This is a huge subject. Basic and common things are to have u'r thyroid checked, make sure u are not anemic, kidney and liver function are functioning ok, u'r sleep is ok-sleep hygiene and no sleep apnea, heart disease. U should definitely see an Internist.

Fatigue: Fatigue is one of the most common complaints I hear. Common causes are depression, lack of sleep, poor sleep (such as sleep apnea), physical deconditioning, and stress/anxiety. Other causes include metabolic abnormalities (thyroid dysfunction, diabetes), medication side effects, and possibly organic causes (heart/lung disease). A physician will be able to help you elucidate the cause.
