Busy Life: You certainly have a busy schedule & that probably explains your fatigue. Some things that can help are to maintain a well balanced diet (avoid fast food!), keep hydrated - drink lots of water, exercise regularly & most important do not skip out n sleep. The schedule you have makes it too easy to do all the wring things diet wise & to "get by" on less sleep. Avoid stress as much as possible too.
