Chronic fatigue and bp is 107 over 55... is this considered low? i'm a 27 year old female.

Normal: That is a normal blood pressure with the 55 being on the low end though. Definitely worth being seen though if you're always feeling tired.

Normal BP: Blood pressure is never "too low" if you are up exercising and feeling well. ("How long should your legs be? Long enough to reach the ground.") The chronic fatigue workup is tricky -- most often it's a difficult life situation wearing you down, but anemia, sleep disorders of which you're unaware, thyroid disease, adrenal disease, or a host of other illnesses must be ruled out.
