Feeling whole time fatigue lightheadness as if i have no energy im not able to concentrate what could be the case?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

You should be examined. Your symptoms could exist for endless reasons. Blood work to look for anemia and thyroid imbalance is likely indicated, along with any other blood work indicated by further history and your exam. I hope you fell better soon…
