Possibly: but only superficially in the abdominal muscle wall. I know it can be hard to tell sometimes so you may want to talk to and be examined by your doctor. Deep abdominal pain well after an exacerbation of irritable bowl is not common. People with IBS can still have good old run-of-the-mill appendicitis, etc.

IBS: IBS can present in many different ways. It can cause indigestion, abdominal cramps, nausea, diarrhea or loose stools, bloating, and even severe abdominal pain. It can manifest with other non abdominal symptoms such as joint pain, many different types of rashes, and headaches.

No it does not: IBS is a functional GI disorder which causes abdominal pain with alteration of bowel pattern. It does does not leave tenderness as one had a muscular pain after working out or after an injury. The pain is more visceral ie deeper than superficial.
