Get it checked out: Blood on paper is not a symptom of ibs. It may be a symptom of hemorrhoids, but it cannot be assumed as such unless visualized and other causes ruled out. Pain in upper abdomen and tenderness to touch are not very specific for any problem, but could stem out of stomach, bowels, gallbladder. I recommend you check it out.

Agree with Dr. C: Bleeding is abnormal and non consistent with IBS. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
