See gastroenterolog: if with lots of straining, may explain rib pain but discomfort after BM rather atypical for IBC-c and be sure to rule out other underlying hormonal and dietary factors through consultation w MD or gastroenterologist

I take lansoprazole in morning due to acid reflux. I have IBS & Im lactose intolerant. I have a bubble (uncomfortable knot, not painful) in my right rib, it goes and comes back. It hurts to touch. I have tried a food diary but nothing stands out?
