Stools in 4mo old: Green stools in a 4 mo old, 4 times a day can be pretty normal. Especially if you are starting to introduce new foods or if the baby is on medication. The consistency can change too from pasty to more formed (like adults-they can smell just as bad too). Beware though! If you see blood in the stools see your child's pediatrician.
