Soften stools: Infants transitioning diets to solids may not get enough fiber / fluids in diet; 5 gm of fiber daily, try pureeing vegetables, fruits and use of infant cereals with adequate amount of fiber, an average sized 11 month old should have about 32 oz of fluids daily. If these measures are not helpful, baby will need further evaluation
