Needs to be checked: Most likely head of or small cyst of epididymis if it isn't hard. Scrotal pearl or previously twisted appendix testis or appendix epididymis if hard. All are benign. Although very rare at your age, any hard painless lump of testicle is cancer unless proven otherwise. Hence, need to have it checked by simple examination &/or scrotal ultrasound.
