NO: It is not advisable to have any laser or "light" therapy for 6 months to a year after stopping Accutane. IPL is not a laser in that it emits a broad spectrum of light wavelengths where a laser emits just one specific wavelength. However, you are very sensitive to these sources and could end up with a bad burn or worse.
