Wheezing: Wheezing is a high pitch noise usually heard on expiration but can be heard on inspiration as it worsens. Stridor is a high pitched noise heard early on inspiration. There are many things that can cause wheezing and stridor. If this is a new noise for him or if he is breathing hard he needs to be seen by a doctor right away.
