Asthma: It is asthma but not controlled, the albuterol is not cutting it, you need to contact your doctor asap to adjust your medications, you need a controller medication.

Uncontrolled asthma: You are getting into serious trouble and need to see your doctor asap because you end up in the hospital. If you use solely a nebulized bronchodilator for your asthma regularly your asthma may actually get worse.
