I've been on cymbalta (duloxetine) for 3 weeks and it has done nothing for me, i know it can take longer but shouldn't i feel even a little improvement by now ?

Depends: U'r dose may need to be increased. Most people start on 30 or 60, then there docs ask them to go up to 60 or 120. May take up to 5-6 weeks. Recommend to call u'r doc to have a follow up after starting medications to discuss responses, potential dose adjustments or changes.
