Probably viral: Sounds to me that you probably have some viral illness that caused dehydration from fever and not adequate intake. Passing out when trying to urinate is likely related to low blood pressure from this dehydration. Try drinking lots of fluids, including electrolyte solutions with salt and sugar and take Acetaminophen for fever and aches, along with bed rest for a few days. This should resolve
