I have the cold- fever coughing sore throat but why does my urine have such a awful smell while i have the cold?

Urine Odor: usually smells in the urine are secondary to something we have consumed. A classic example of this is asparagus. I suspect it is an ingredient in a cold medication you are taking causing the odor. if you start having pain, increased frequency of urination then see a doctor for evaluation.
