PREGNANCY: Your OB will give you all the necessary vitamins you need for your pregnancy. You need calcium suplement if low and also folic acid. Good luck!

How anemic?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, slight anemia during pregnancy is often due to expansion of plasma volume and hemodilution. If your iron levels are okay you need not worry. It would be good to take multivitamins.
