Go to the hospital: Never ignore Chest Pain! There are many causes of chest pain and some can be life threatening. Do not be fooled by the right arm pain - not everyone has classic symptoms of heart related chest pain. Your symptoms may be due to several things. It is best to be evaluated to make sure they are not due to something life-threatening first.
