My left arm has dull pain, left leg cramping under knee, headache since saturday, daily rx for ferrous sulfate from 7.1 hemoglobin / vegetarian diet & no meat intake. my veins in palms are very blue visible today, feeling dizzy, chest burning. why?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Most of your symptoms could be due to dietary deficiencies stemming from your eating habits. Your hemoglobin is abnormally low. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
