Heavy felling in left arm, dizzy and nausea. chest is feeling odd.

Needs evaluation.: If this is a new sensation ( as opposed to being several hours or more ) should probably have this evaluated urgently. Sx are too close to those associated with heart disease. It would be unlikely but not unheard of in your age / sex group.
