A member asked:

I had a miscarriage and received a rhogam shot because i am rh negative. 12 days later i had a positive ana(1:160). could rhogam cause a false +?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

ANA titer: Since "Rhogam" contains antibodies in the gamma globulin administered in the Rhogam shot, it is possible for antibodies contained within to reflect a positive "ANA titer". This does not affect the potential for diseases associated with a positive titer for ANA.
