Prophylactic @ 28wks: Better get a prophylactic shot at 28 weeks pregnancy. Rhogam should be given to Rh negative ladies within 72 hours of any obstetric complication or fetomaternal hemorrhage risk, e.g. abortion, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, CVS, amniocentesis, (which you did), prophylactic at 28 weeks pregnancy, and within 72 hours of delivery.
