What to do if i had sinus surgery today please help me?

Stay propped up: You can use ice on your nose for 24 hours, use afrin for bleeding, nasal saline spray, stay propped up, watch for any complication (as per your doctor instructions, namely eye complication, brain complication, severe headache etc). Also, you can change your drip pad if you had one routinely. If too much bleeding, contact your doctor , go to ED.
