See below: If it was not balloon sinus surgery, then generally 5 days to a week if you had septoplasty as well. Some people recover sooner and some later. it depends on the extent of surgery, tolerance to pain etc. One caution: You will need to keep it light (no heavy lifting, light activity) for several weeks
