Should be ok as far: as the sinus surgery is concerned, but use of stimulant nasal inhalers may actually result in a "rebound" worsening of the nasal congestion. Nasal steroids, which now can be obtained over-the-counter, are a better choice in general. Talk to your PCP or ENT specialist about your treatment.
