What to do if i had a routine blood test last week, my gp just called to say the liver (gamma reading is 500)?

Alcohol and biliary: obstruction are most common causes of GGT to be this high. if you don't drink heavily, you shoudl have an imaging test to look at your biliary tree (ultrasound +/- MRCP). were all the other liver tests completely normal??
