Help please, having some pain of left side of chest that extends down to left arm?

See your doctor soon: No sex is specified but at the age of 48 , pain in chest going in to the left arm is concerning. If there is a family hx of heart disease, smoking or hypertension, I would see your doc tomorrow. If it is recurrent and no workup has been done all the more reason to see your doc as soon as possible. Other musculoskeletal issues can do it but this is first.
