Chest pain : Hello, please take notice of this answer. Chest pain in any individual needs urgent attention, we always assume chest pain is heart related until proven otherwise. Acid reflux, pulmonary embolism( blood clot in the lung) , heart valve issues, muscle or rib strain, and pinched nerves in the neck can all be possible causes, call your pcp or go to the nearest er now.
