What to do if i have a red, oval ring on my leg that doesn't itch. what could it be?

Two choices likely:: This could be ringworm (a common fungal infection) or it could be a ring shaped patch of dry skin (annular excema). it can be difficult to sort out. Consider consulting on Prime where you can consult a doc and upload a pic of your rash before initiating the consult if you do video. (videos don't show skin conditions as well as pics taken with a phone). Or you can see your doc. Either one.
