Remove bracket: Your restorative dentist and orthodontist should coordinate efforts to remove the wire and bracket, restore the cavity ASAP and than replace your bracket and wire. While a little in convienant, the decay is best treated when it is small. Your dental team is there for your best interests and so go seek them out for help!
