Brush and floss: Routine home care such as brushing and flossing are the main things. You could also add a flouride containing mouthwash to help. Watch your diet as well. Any carbohydrate can be used by the bacteria in your mouth, not just "candy".

Brush your tongue daily to reduce oral bacteria. Replace your toothbrush with a new one every 3 months. This is an easy formula for optimum oral health.
