Should be safe: but need to eat a good balanced diet, moderate portions and exercise to loose weight. Tea alone will not cause weight loss.

Ha ha!: No, very little between 2 pounds down to ONE POUND UP. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23235664 Turning fat directly to heat KILLS; luckily green tea doesn't work! Perhaps the ice? it takes one calorie to heat 1 liter of fluid one degree. 38 calorie per liter of iced tea. consider eating less, exercising more and reading http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23235664 when that doesn't work.
