Green tea: Green tea has a mild weight loss effect. So, you would still need to increase physical activity and decrease caloric intake to lose weight. I can't tell you how much to take as a minimum - but it is recommended that it be limited to 5 or less cups per day to avoid side effects. I would recommend de-caffeinated green tea. Take care.
