If they are completely buried and not causing a problem at your age it would be feasible to not have them removed. Only a qualified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon can tell you for sure.

14%: There's a 1 in 7 chance that partially or fully impacted teeth will cause damage to surrounding bone and/or gum tissue, or the adjacent teeth. You don't want to have an emergency wisdom tooth problem. Please see an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for examination, x-ray(s), diagnosis, and discussion of treatment options. Don't wait until it hurts.

Wisdom teeth : In many cases wisdom teeth should be extracted due to complications associated with the presence of tooth decay. It is a common procedure, generally performed under local anesthesia, intravenous (IV) sedation, or general anesthesia by a specially trained dentist or oral surgeon. Often extracting a wisdom tooth is the best solution. See your dentist for x-ray and evaluation.
