Go to a dentist: Find a dentist that either takes cash, or a charity system that has a dental clinic. Regular medical clinics can only treat inflammation and infection associated with this. Call the local county hospital (during regular business hours) and ask if there is an associated charity dental clinic. Also, look up a local dental school and you can get some real good deals there, supervised by dentists.

Stony Brook Dental: Be seen at the dental school. You will pay less and receive excellent care. Or, you can pay for your care or finance it at a private office. FYI, most patients do not have dental insurance but they still find a way to be treated. All the best...
