Go to a dentist: Find a dentist that either takes cash, or a charity system that has a dental clinic. Regular medical clinics can only treat inflammation and infection associated with this. Call the local county hospital (during regular business hours) and ask if there is an associated charity dental clinic. Also, look up a local dental school and you can get some real good deals there, supervised by dentists.
