Not the key: As lean protein that's relatively low in fat, they may be a healthy part of your diet and overall benefit to your cardiovascular system. But there's much more to live than treating a lab value. Individual food choices are much less critical than an overall sensible diet and complying with meds of you need them. But the best gift you can give yourself is aerobic fitness. Think about it. Cheers.
