Specializes in Clinical Psychology

Your doc: Or a natural doc can test your hormone levels and rule out circulatory issues. Also, a clinical psychologist can teach you skills to keep from focusing on your "performance" which interferes also. Peace and good health. The psychologist or a licensed sex therapist can help w/premature ejaculation.

Check your heart.: Although ED may be from psychologic factor as well as fatigue, the chest discomfort may signal the presence of cardiovascular disease which can impact the erection. The premature ejaculation may be psychologic. There are ways to slow down the ejaculation including the use of a mild topical anesthetic. Get your heart checked out if strong family history of diabetes or heart disease.

160 LDL not good: Your lipids need a lot of work to reduce your cardiovascular risk. I suggest talking your family doc about tweaking you lipid-lowering medications soon. Guys don't die from E.D....they die from heart attacks and strokes. Get going and reduce your risk! Best to you!
