Very Rare: Dental plans are designed to keep you healthy. They are not designed to GET you healthy, or to improve your smile. They can cover some of the very basic costs under certain conditions. Since veneers are usually not mandatory, they are not covered by dental plans. The only exception I have seen is when you have an existing veneer which has to be replaced. Then you have a slight chance of some $.
