Maybe: Sleep paralysis is very common and not necessary a medical condition. It may occur more often and could be seen in patients with narcolepsy. New onset Sleep terrors on the other hand are rare in patients over 30-40.; maybe you could provide more specific information to determine if you have indeed sleep terror and not another sleep condition.
