Hypoglycemia!! Maybe: Hypoglycemia can produce such symptoms. There are many other causes so be careful and talk to a Doctor. You have family Hx of hypoglycemia therefore at increased risk. When do the attacks occur in relation to eating. Hypoglycemia or low blood sugar usually occurs in a fasting state. Does it respond to administration of sugar?
