Look inside: if stress or thoughts are keeping you awake, try taking some GABA and 5-10 mg of melatonin 1-2 hours before the time you would like to be asleep, both are over the counter sleep aids. Blood tests may help discover if your thyroid needs treatment - if your body is producing too much - have a physician do a simple physical and lab.
