Cracking sound in the ear. goes away only temporarily with anti inflammation drugs or betahistine(betaserc). with moderate balance problem. any idea?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

TMJ: Cracking sound that clears with anti-inlammatory meds may be Temporomandibular Joint Disorder. Try using an ACE bandage as a loose sling to support the jaw, take the weight off. You can also use mirror biofeedback, see my book, Stressed? Anxiety? Your Cure is in the Mirror.
