Try to have BM: I presume you are taking (possibly strong) pain pills for your back & this has contributed to constipation. If horrible BACK pain, & on meds, go to Urgent Care or ER. If ABDOMINAL pain, possibly from constipation, try to have BM through CAREFUL Fleet's or water enema or Miralax (polyethylene glycol). Basics for constipation of dietary fiber, WATER, and exercise should be in place. If no BM, to Urgent Care/ ER.
