Hx bladder tumors: Consult with the doctor who treated you for the bladder tumors you mention you had twice before. Always follow up at the prescribed schedule recommended by your doc for any medical condition you've been treated for, even if that condition is not causing symptoms for you now. If you don't recall the frequency of follow up you were to follow, now is a great time to ring your doc!

No follow up needed: If a superficial bladder cancer is removed by fulguration and or intravesical chemo and or BCG the chance of cure is very high. At 5 years post treatment the cure rate is better than 97%. At 10 years almost 100%cure noted. No treatment should be needed at 14 years. If symptoms reappear or blood in urine noted then checkup required, other wise no further management recommended.
