20mg daily before...: ...breakfast might suffice, but you haven't told us what NSAID and at what dose you're taking, nor what kind of NSAID damage you may already have suffered. No drug is without risk, so use the lowest effective acid blocker medication for prophylaxis against NSAID-injury.
